We have used a word, unconscious in daily life. I can be sure that no one has ever not used this word. At the same time, I can be certain that many people don’t know meanings more than ‘involuntarily’ about the unconscious. However, the unconscious of Sigmund Freud was counted as one of four incidents which had damaged to human’s dignity by the New York Times. In other word, I think that the unconscious should be informed for many people because it is an important event in the history of humanity. So, I decide to explain the unconscious by 7 points: definitions, a slip of the tongue, a dream, a symptom of nervous disease, a free association, a defense mechanism, and a criticism & refutation.
